In fact, to purchase a sub, they require your account number -- how ridiculous is that!! Absolute rip-off: Even when I upgraded to the 2nd level, everything they sent me needed a further upgrade to access the data, and so on!!!

They even changed MY NAME to something derogatory!! I'm pretty sure I know who's behind it. There's a pretty narrow list of suspects. But I sure hope that they can track down who did it and how they hacked my account! This is a serious data breach! Plus their high price for membership is discriminatory since minorities would have a hard time affording it!

I quickly gave up after 2 to 3 hours of use because the results were minimal and I had believed I cancelled my subscription only to find that I would be charged on the 29th of April. I put in one ticket requesting a refund but in their system you cannot see progress of your ticket and now they have tried to charge me again. The customer service is non-existent as I have tried to call, email, or file a ticket and had no results. Idonotrecommend.
