However, it loses 4 stars instead of 5 because I can not give it a 0. There is literally no good reason in any game to take the mechanics you pushed the players to acclimate to. Then, completely remove them. Endless mode is a travesty of poor development decision making. Completely removing the runes and spawning end game bosses at the start of the mode is absolute idiocy. Plenty of characters and weapons, tons of useful upgrades you can synergize, and responsive, fluid controls. I actually prefer touch screen controls over a controller, which is very rare. The art style is great and unlike some, it's easy to decipher what's going on on the screen. 20 minutes is a perfect commitment of time to attempt to win. Difficulty ramps up nicely. Would highly recommend this as one of the best in its genre for mobile.
