But as of the end of this month (July 2023) they will now be charging an additional fee for all forms of payment. Previously there would be a fee for using credit cards and debit cards but no fee for using an eCheck to pay rent. Now they are changing that policy to squeeze out even more money from renters. Just frustrated that every single online payment now comes with some sort of fee. - **1★ · January 20, 2025** — Why can't I set a recurring payment based on day of the week instead of only by date? Being able to set a payment every 25th of the month or whatever is useless for spacing out payments. There should absolutely be a recurring payment option for ever week, two week, four weeks, etc. Most people get paid based on day of the week (every other Friday, etc) not based on date.
