Good sports package, but unable to add my NESN sports region for the Red Sox, Woosox, or Bruins. Update! Shortly after calling customer service, the no sports network availability was corrected. Some type of glitch in the system. VERY HAPPY NOW!!! - **2★ · June 16, 2026** — I have been having a major issues with the DirecTv app. The loading of the app is very slow. After I finally log into my profile, it takes approximately 45 seconds to move the cursor with my remote. When I finally settle on a channel or program from my library, the video is very choppy. To remedy this, I must go back to the home screen, and then press, "Watching." This has occured for 2 months. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app several times to no avail. The devolopers need to work on these issues expeditiously. We should also be able to install the latest version of the app, which Google TV / Android TV does not have. - **2★ · July 14, 2026** — it has good visual clarity and has good features. the problem is the screen freezes and sometimes restarts itself after a minute, then sometimes you have to turn it off and wait a minute then restart it. if that doesn't work you have to unplug it and wait a minute then plug it back in. this happens 4 or 5 times a day. have tried to talk yo someone at at&t store where we got it without much luck, they say will get back to us and then no word from them. ## About DIRECTV brings live TV, sports, movies, and On Demand streaming to your Android phone, tablet, and TV —all in one seamless app. Watch what you love, from NFL and college football, blockbuster movies, hit series, and local news, to Spanish-language channels, kids shows, family favorites, and thousands of On Demand titles or live TV channels—all in one unified streaming experience.
