My problem that every few days, it won't reload/ update information, even when I pull down to refresh. Sometimes I end up restarting my phone, just to get the app working again. It's not my phone, since other apps are able to refresh. Anyone have any suggestions?
- **3★ · April 20, 2026** — Alerts are broken. I ONLY want SEVERE alerts. I have never once turned on pollen alerts as they don't affect me. Yet they are treated the same as an actual tornado warning. My phone now groups all alerts with my always running current conditions bar so they aren't really very good at alerting me to anything. I can't figure out how to change it. Also, I miss future radar being able to show more than an hour ahead. An hour is nothing!

It only displays the weekly forecast but not the hourly temperature or the current temperature or the FAQ page so I tried restarting my phone but it is still not working properly. The screen goes black whenever I click on the FAQ page so I wasn't able to send you any feedback. what do you suggest?
