I hate when companies do that; very sneaky! Thankfully, the charge didn't go through, but neither the website nor the app provide ANY way of cancelling the subscription. I had to call to cancel. The young lady who helped me was very kind and sweet. She's the ONE decent person to do with this horrid app/ website. I definitely won't be using it anymore!

Edit: The response about their "low cost" plan works out to $286.20/yr, not sure why they consider that "low cost" lmfao. Also, it is NOT upfront about the cost - I had to search through VERY small fine print to figure out the cost. Your response is VERY misleading, and I would dock more stars for the response if I could.

I cannot preview what employers see. I want to be able to exclude companies that use "customer service" when they mean cashier. I'm 20 minutes in. I'm not sure what else is about to disappoint me.
