If an edition is available it will not download, or will show it downloaded but it won't open. I contacted support and their response was that this is a known issue. They said to try deleting the app and reinstalling it. I took the first part of their advice and just deleted it. If a newspaper is going to go digital only, they should make sure the digital part works. - **1★ · June 11, 2026** — I've been a 25+ year subscriber. Why is your app so damn buggy? I'm signed up for multiple newsletters - when I click an article to read more, link took me to the article but it reloaded 2-3 times b4 it settled down so could read it. Sometimes article wouldn't show past 1st few paragraphs because it thinks I don't have a subscription. Your newest version (which I just updated to yesterday) doesn't even take me to article when I click on "read more" in a newsletter!!! - **2★ · August 26, 2026** — probably one of the worst apps ever. it was always "buggy", but about a week ago it lost my login credentials. I tried to restore it immediately, but it didn't send the instructions to my email. I waited a few days, tried it again, and still, it wouldn't send restore info. they are really hard to get assistance (days later) so, the one easy thing to do, cancel. it's too bad because I really liked the content.
