Continuous text verification loop during checkout, cannot refill perscription. Ads for the app inside of the app? Edit: App still barely works. The easy refill system doesn't work at all. It says "Working on Scheduling your order" and then a week later it just "Unenrolls" you and cancels any orders. - **1★ · January 29, 2026** — No longer working. They should probably update the app or try and fix it, it's just a buggy mess. It won't let you sign in and just outputs error messages (with no error code, just a generic error message), which they then hilariously want you (the customer) to call in to some 800 number. Except they don't provide any error code, so it'd just be you, calling them, to let them vaguely know that something somewhere is in a state of error. - **1★ · January 18, 2021** — Every time I go to place an order through the app, it won't go through. It gets to the delivery section, and then it gets stuck on the loading screen until you leave the app, then you have to restart your order. Update: They told me to go to a link, and they would possibly contact me. I've also been waiting on a customer support email for my cvs account, and have received nothing from them.
