For me, I enjoy being able to manage the day for my entire party so that they get to just experience the parks. I feel a bit like their Plaid VIP Guide! - **4★ · June 29, 2026** — Edit: The app has been crashing often lately. Nowadays you MUST use the Disneyland App to have a good experience at the park. You can decide whether that's good or bad. Even if you don't use Lightning Lane, it's helpful to see temporary ride closures and stand-by wait times. This helps a lot so you don't walk all the way over to find out the same info. It also helps with showtimes of parades, character meet and greets, ordering food ahead of time, and much more. - **3★ · September 1, 2026** — We just arrived and while the app is useful for room access, dining reservations, and purchasing ticket upgrades, locating food that doesn't require reservations is impossible as far as we can tell.
