When I went to save the rhythm, I was asked to pay for the app. After entering my card, the app went back and deleted the rhythm I was trying to save. For the next 20 minutes, it would record but it wouldn't allow a stop and then it would freeze. If this is the quality this product has for the cost of the stethoscope and the program you have to purchase, I'm happy to send it back and get something better. My original review was one star because the couple of days after I installed the app it was very buggy to the point of being unusable. I reached out to customer service and that has since resolved. I don't know if it's because they did something or if there were just software Gremlins in the app that day. Anyhow, now that it works, I'm very happy with the app and the product. - **2★ · August 16, 2025** — I have the Core. And overall the stethoscope is great. However the app leaves a lot to be desired. About every 45 days or so the app completely desyncs from my Core and then I can't reconnect it to the app until I uninstall, forget the device, reinstall the app and reconnect everything. This is becoming a serious issue as I work in EMS. When this happens I am locked in whatever the last mode I had it in.
