When it works. My phone broke. Got a new phone, reinstalled the app, and it tells me that my subscription doesn't work. I can't cancel my subscription for a refund and resubscribe. I emailed the contact, with no response after days. I like the app, I love I the information. It's worthless, and badly coded. For an app that costs $10, this shouldn't be the case. Even downloaded a second time with same issue. we emailed customer support with no response. When I want to cancel my subscription it did not even give me the option to reimburse the $9.99 I spent even though I never got to use the app once. - **1★ · May 27, 2022** — I wish this app worked. I used it religiously as a resident and as an attending. It was a little outdated with new recommendations but still good. The issue is once you get a new phone, it won't let you use your subscription and it won't let you get a new subscription because it registers that you still have an old one. Just huge glitch.
