It was very easy to miss, and I ended up buying tickets for the wrong day. First, I was told they could not refund me. Then I was told they could offer a partial refund for half the amount, which I was willing to accept. Later, I received another email saying they could not offer any refund at all.The entire process was confusing & inconsistent - **1★ · April 29, 2026** — This company is the worst and their customer service is a joke. I got tickets for an event and the app was being all glitchy and giving me issues and messed up the quantity of tickets I was charged. I reached out immediately and they would only offer a "voucher" for future events, even though it was their technical error. I called their customer service and was hung up on. The chat system is an AI bot and if you get a person they send an email saying they are working on it. 0 stars - **1★ · May 19, 2026** — Will not be using this app again and don't recommend. Purchased tickets to an event to bring my child and needed to change the time. In the email confirmation, I could change the time but it kept saying I needed to pay more even though it was the same price. I contacted CS and said they'd have someone contact me. The response was they cannot change it. When clicked the same link to change the time again it was blocked! I contacted them again and got the same automated response. utter trash ## About Discover the best experiences in your city📍 Fever puts the wealth of your city’s events and experiences at your fingertips.
