I wasn't sure if I was going to like the switch from propel to ebtEDGE but I like the simplicity and clear data. But now I'm perplexed and sad because it doesn't seem like they care that their app isn't working for many people. Who knows how many, it could be all of us... I used a cut and paste of one of the words and it was denied, so at this point I'm suspended from my account again. I don't know how long this has been going on, because I hadn't used the app in a while. It's very frustrating not to use the app because it was very good. I have gone back to Propel, and thankfully it had a magic link to connect my account on the reinstall. - **1★ · August 6, 2026** — It worked perfectly well to start and I loved how straightforward it was. All of a sudden (probably about 3 months) when I try to login the page sort of blinks and I'm right back to the login page. DAYS of back and forth instructions with tech support, I tried everything, still didn't work, and now they won't respond!
