Compared to 23 version the hired workers farm the fields from the center out. I do like the option of buying coin to move things along a little. I like the new option of contract jobs to gain a little extra coin and it gives you a chance to explore fields before buying them. All around its a good upgrade from the 23 version. My only complaint is it seems a little more...cartoonish or more pixelated than 23 version.
