My account history on this app also confirms I have never made an ad. To stop these payments I wanted to delete my account but their account canceling leads to a 404 error site not found. You can't take your card off the app because it needs to have payment method at all times or access to your bank account! Never got through to the help line. I received zero work from the ads over the past two months and was charged several hundred dollars a month! It took me two weeks to find out how to cancel even though it says "you can cancel anytime" there were several different instructions on how to cancel but non were correct.
