There is no ability to troubleshoot in this app, or request assistance and the help pages consist of basic common sense troubleshooting, then tells you to talk to whatever app you are trying to sync with (but they'll just say they can't help because it's a third party app, even if they're both made by Google). For an app whose entire function is to sync with other apps, you'd think it would be able to do that one thing - **1★ · August 14, 2025** — Impossible to use; I couldn't find it on my phone and had to open the play store and go to this page to open it. There's no icon in my app drawer and it doesn't show up in search results on my phone. Apparently you can only find it in Settings>Apps>See all apps. It doesn't seem like it's meant for the user. What's even the point of it? Truly baffling and frustrating.
