Less secure should not be the default. If I set it to require unlock to tap and then later catch my phone trying to connect and pay from feet away while locked, and without the wallet open, that's a problem. Generally this app is convenient, but if I set it to always require input to be used, it should stay that way. - **3★ · August 26, 2026** — The transaction feature in the app is broken. It had me verify it's me and kept asking for a passkey. I explicitly have not ever set up a passkey for my account as I do not believe they're secure and transferrable enough yet. When I try to log into a PC it even tells me I don't have a passkey and asks if I want to set one up. I had to jump through hoops for 15 mins to get around this because it wouldn't let me in without using an existing passkey that doesn't exist. - **1★ · August 18, 2026** — They changed it so you have to tap the card you want to use instead of just swiping to it. It used a different card even though I had swiped to a specific different one. in response to their response, it's insane to suggest that I need to change my default payment method every time I want to use a different payment method once.
