The lessons are easy to follow and the different Deaf teachers help you recognize the small personal differences in signs from person to person. I love that there's a dictionary function as well, that's really helpful. The only small issue I have is I can't seem to locate the settings menu to manage notifications. This app requires a subscription to continue past lesson 7 or so. I physically can't pay at the moment, so the app becomes unusable after a day or two. Also, the questions are unbearably easy. Another thing is that there is no entrance exam, so you have to start at level 1. I know a little asl, so I can easily do something a little more advanced.
