For $50 a year, readers get access to thousands of writers instead of paying $50 a year for each author. That makes it far more affordable for people who read widely. It also offers high-quality content on a wide variety of subjects. When I unmark an article from my Reading List, I expect it gone for ever period, instead the articles keep showing up in my list and I have to untick them countless times before they disappear.
