Now, it won't even recognize that I am connected to the Internet when I obviously am. That means that audio input and output won't operate at all. Without voice input and pronunciation output, the most important funtios for me are lost. One of my favorite purchases has become nothing but a source of frustration. Update (08/12/26): On the advice of M-W, I reinstalled the app. Now it's working as it should. - **4★ · May 22, 2026** — I have only noticed two problems: my keyboard will disappear whilst I am typing, taking me to a definition I probably wasn't searching for; and every so often, the app will nag me to subscribe to a monthly plan, even though this is the premium, paid-for app. Other than that, this is a perfectly usable dictionary app. - **4★ · September 30, 2024** — I use this dictionary a lot, and I like it for the most part. It's super handy for finding definitions and showing your friends that they're pronouncing a word wrong. The thesaurus feature is cool as well. The one issue I have with it is that when I'm searching for a word, the keyboard will randomly collapse while I'm typing, and I'll accidentally press a random word from the list.
