- **2★ · April 21, 2026** — Great tool in theory, but it is not consistent. Currently cannot log in at all after clearing cache, force stopping, and finally uninstalling and reinstalling. So many people depend on teams to support remote work, so the mobile app is pretty important. Whatever update just rolled out completely broke it, at least for Samsung devices. Looks like I'm not the only one.
- **2★ · August 31, 2026** — While this app does what it's designed to do, it is vastly inferior to Zoom for a simple reason: When your call is over, and you go to your Active Apps and close it out, IT DOESN'T ACTUALLY CLOSE OUT! It keeps running in the background until you go to Settings > Apps > Teams and then click on Force Stop. There are online tutorials that say to change certain settings to force it to close out completely when you close the app. I've changed those settings and Teams STILL stays open! Unacceptable.
- **1★ · August 31, 2026** — The Bluetooth audio on this app is extremely inconsistent and frustrating. One minute a Teams meeting plays perfectly through my Bluetooth earbuds, and the next it refuses to play through them at all. I can select Bluetooth and try repeatedly, but meeting audio still will not come through my earbuds or even my phone properly. Meanwhile, YouTube and other apps immediately play through the same earbuds without any issue. Clearly, the earbuds and Bluetooth connection work. The problem is with Teams
