It always eventually connects after the 3rd or 4th time trying. That's a big that should be fixed but other then that, I'm super impressed. Planning on getting another one for my other car.

It said I didn't have a subscription so I ordered the monthly subscription only to find it still didn't work. I finally figured out that uninstalling and reinstalling fixed the issue. I contacted help and they gave me a refund for the 1 month subscription. Happy customer again.

Had to pay $5 a month for premium to get misfire counters, which was okay. I paid to get upgrades, but they only worked for a week after paying for premium. In the app, it wants me to subscribe again to get the upgrades I should already have. No, my subscription hasn't expired yet. It was a monthly fee and has not been a month yet. Do not recommend this app!!
