If I am paying for calls to be recorded, all calls coming to and from my account, should be recorded, period. But the texting component, which is why we have it, is not really helpful. The "tone meter" tells you when you're being aggressive, but doesn't stop the abuse. It should not allow the message to be sent unless it meets basic levels of civility.
