I've tried SEVERAL TIMES to cancel my subscription via "manage subscription page", which takes you to chat with an AI bot, gives you a ticket number, then replies, "can't process your request at this time", therefore I'm being charged ANOTHER MONTH with zero reach out from the company. No emails, just ticket numbers. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS PREDATORY COMPANY, you'll have to end up cancelling your card, not your subscription. - **1★ · March 25, 2026** — UPDATE: App is no longer glitchy, it's just trash. Recently I can't even access my account through the app. Their new security feature requires you to enter your email and then you get a login code. Well, I don't ever receive the login code so I end up just having to login through my browser. So much work and such a waste of time. I've been a member for 10yrs & my experience keeps getting worse, not to mention their site is just so bloated now. It's a visual headache. ## About Discover a world of fragrance right at your fingertips with the Scentbird app. Scentbird offers a monthly perfume subscription plan that lets you choose from over 900 fragrances.
