Sun, planets, and satellites all missing. Uninstalled app and downloaded it again, and everything works until it downloads the 2 GB of additional files, then all above items disappear again. Don't see any way to permanently disable the download, so have to keep telling it no every time app launches. Seems kind of fishy that it broke when version 8 was released. Version 6 also "broke" when ver 7 was released. - **3★ · July 21, 2022** — I upgraded from 6 plus to 7 pro about 2 weeks ago and wish I didn't. This feels like a beta. The latest bug is the popup to edit a scope connection, in landscape mode all I see is the title and have to scroll up to see any options. I hope they don't become like Microsoft and only release buggy versions and call it final. They also need to refine their email. I just got a message to upgrade to 7 pro today, 2 weeks after upgrading, at least it looks like the popup nags in 6 plus have stopped. - **2★ · October 13, 2023** — Unusable. The icons at the bottom of the display were outlines in Version 6. Now they are solid, so they have become blindingly bright, even in red mode. The new fonts are also too bright. Also, the grid lines have changed from high contrast, high visibility green, which suited dim screens, to low contrast, hard-to-see-at-any-brightness brown, rendering them hard to see.
