You're better off just making a shortcut to the web page and making an account rather than accepting less functionality with ads constantly bombarding you in the app.

(Once you see the alert and remove it, if the condition persists, then you could control when the alert pops up again, once an hour, once every 2 hrs, etc.) I love the ability to see multiple weather conditions, not just the wind! Seems to be pretty accurate. Wish it updated more often, 6 hrs is a long time.

I was teaching new pilots and used the app to determine a good day for lessons. I was able set a favorite spot on the map to be dead center of the flying field when I opened the map. I have moved, the app has been updated and I can no longer set my own favorite spot over my new club's airfield or any other favorite spot. And I upgraded to Plus. How do I set my own favorites?
