(My subscription allows me to install it on 5 devices.) However, on Note 10+ it randomly shuts down at least once a week, so I need to keep checking to make sure it's running. The kill switch feature doesn't seem to work. It's supposed to stop internet traffic if the VPN fails, but traffic keeps going. - **2★ · September 5, 2022** — Had been working until today. Spent 1+ hours on tech support since it used to work fine. I had to uninstall it while on my cruise, but trying to reinstall was nothing but problems. I even had to set up a new email address to reinstall, thought everything was fine until I tried logging in. No can do. Very frustrating as I've already paid for it. Although I have plenty of time to resolve this issue, it's very tiring trying to get it to work. Will start looking at other options. - **3★ · December 10, 2022** — The app works well when it chooses a hub that's geographically close to me. Most of the time, however, it chooses a hub that is too far away to be of much use. In those instances, my speed drops precipitously, or it doesn't pick up at all. Then, I have to play the game of shutting the VPN off and on repeatedly, until it hits a hub that's close to me. ## About Stay safer online with top-performing VPN and much more.
