My co-parent will not pay for an app so when the free version went away, my subscription expired. I tried to go back into the website to read a prior message and learned that I can't do so without a paid subscription or paying $95 for 24-hour access. This is ridiculous. If anyone is about to cancel their subscription, download all of your messages before you do so.

Messages and notifications are buggy and slow to come through, causing issues. And on top of all that, prices are going up again. Right now my call minutes renew tomorrow, and I'm required to give a call today. The only option the app gives to add is 46 minutes for $100. Even inmates get free calling now.

It is now June 9th and I have received nothing but a confirmation of receipt. 😡
