I am then required to either connect my phone to the car with a cable, or delete then repair my phone with the car. Extremely frustrating. The functionality is also more limited than I expected. I'll keep using the app for the free trial period but unless things improve drastically, I'll delete once the trial is over. - **1★ · December 16, 2024** — I have enjoyed the app immensely the past year with my free subscription. Now I have to pay a monthly fee to continue. I literally only want the remote subscription, but they force you to combine it with either a navigation app or a music lovers app, both of which you don't need if you use Android Auto or Apple to connect to your vehicle. There should be an option for only the remote, be realistic with your consumers needs, this isn't an inexpensive service you are providing. Do better. - **2★ · July 4, 2025** — The app itself works pretty well, though I still get some notifications I turned off. So why the 2 stars? My free trial of Remote Connect ended. I'll pay for it, it's convenient. But I can't. I HAVE TO pay twice as much for a bundle of Remote Connect and something else I don't want.
