It doesn't stay within the app so you can make more specific changes like to account info, or to specific tracking number, or even file a dispute or make a complaint about a courier not following delivery instructions like you can with Amazon. It's not helpful it's the standard, clear cache, clear your browser history, and all of that other stuff well, I did all of that before reaching out, I'm having the problem across three different cell phones and a laptop. I occasionally have to clear the cache when it stops working correctly, and a few times I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall it to get it working again. I wish things like shipping history were easier to access instead of having to navigate through several pages.
