But it seems like most people have this issue, so I don't feel so alone. Any word on when this will be fixed? How will you let us know when you've got this fixed? When it does work, it kind of saves time. Some day, I hope to get a "perfect" match.
- **3★ · April 12, 2021** — Although the app crashes frequently and requires pairing too often it has been a helpful tool. Especially with not being able to meet all of our clients. Color coordination is made easier wirelessly. I can put together folders for clients to review and choose from. I went so far as to color match our cabinet and tile samples so we can "translate" them into SW colors rather than attempt to describe them or depending on pictures that will vary with different monitors.
- **1★ · May 15, 2025** — Disappointing and Misleading I expected this tool to provide custom paint color codes based on scanned surfaces, but unfortunately, it only suggests the closest Sherwin-Williams color—no actual custom color output. Even worse, it doesn’t allow you to save scanned images for future reference. This app had a lot of potential, but it falls short in key areas. A major letdown.
