For instance, I used to be able to pick any spot on their 'Forecast map' and get a wind report but that no longer works. Now it results in an empty report. I exchanged numerous emails w them re this issue and they said to try their 'wind list' option but this shows locations by name not by map so no where as beneficial. - **1★ · May 8, 2026** — Zero response to inquiries. Can't even use it even though I paid for it. No way to figure out what the user name is and the instructions are useless. It like this app was developed in the 80s. Done all that support has asked. Still dosent work. - **4★ · July 6, 2025** — I got the Plus trial in large part for the 4x2 widget, but I can't add it to my screen. Edit: I didn't realize the first option ("selected profile") needed to have its only option selected in order for the next field to be able to populate. It already indicated it was selected with a dot so I just backed out of that menu at first.
