The cooking classes were very usable. The outdoor skills was too generic; some sample products would be helpful. Teaching actual skills in the outdoor class would be great, skills like fire building in bad weather, what to do if lost, signs of hypothermia, etc. Having been a scout master for 20 years, I know these skills but many others don't. I haven't yet had the opportunity to test the "downloaded and offline" functionality, which was quite poor on the Elk101 app. I'll update this review when I do.
