It does not clearly shownthe status of the fax - it only had "sending" for more than 20 minutes. It was not easy to check the status of the fax - I cannot imagine how the app functioned before this "upgrade" improved it so much. I do expect a refund a no questions asked refund. It made it easy to select pages and images to fax.
- **5★ · August 5, 2026** — if you're wanting the 10 free fax pages, you need to open the main menu and click on "get free fax pages" or something like that, they aren't automatically there after creating your initial account, which is just login information, you need to verify your phone number to get them, which is fine. The app so far works great, I've just sent a free fax and saved me 20 minutes and I didn't have to get out in this crazy heat lol

After preparing the cover page and documents, if I enter a number without a contact name, the app asks me to add a contact. Sometimes I don’t want to save or display a personal name. Please allow users to send faxes with just the number. I'm going to get a app updated now to see what changes.
