Entry is still rough around the edges but live results are much better. I paid $20 for the event and it is frustrating that I can’t take screen shots of the barrel splits to send to my kid and her trainer. Not to mention the expense it costs to use all the features of this app. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I told a friend the other day I was about to not to enter another barrel race that used NextGen for entries. I ended up entering another barrel race, and again there was an issue. So frustrating. It’s fine for entering anything you don’t have to pay for such as a rodeo where you pay fees on site, but this app has cost me an excessive amount of time from having to call customer service in addition to unnecessary extra fees. I’m over it. - **1★ · I’m highly irritated · July 8, 2023** — I’ve been using this app since I started rodeo, used to it was fantastic, I had no issues with it, but the more it updates the more the want you to pay, let me tell you what when I pay $115 to run and I have to pay $20 to see results and then I DONT SEE THEM, so then my run time is not available to me because I don’t pay $9.99 a month and on top of that I can’t call tech support because they don’t work weekends which would be fine but that’s when %90 of athletes need them.
