- **5★ · Outstanding reporting and newspaper · May 30, 2024** — My wife and I live in Tennessee, but are huge supporters and donors of UConn women’s basketball. We also have season tickets. The ct insider provides us with up to date information, great articles not only on UConn , but on Connecticut. We thoroughly enjoy the read and appreciate the real information they provide. Ty
- **4★ · Solid app with some key gaps · January 5, 2021** — Need to be able to save favorite articles and search for articles by keyword as well. Also need to be able to comment on articles. Open dialog and debate on issues today is critical. Oh, and it would be great if an article that was opened via an emailed link on a mobile device (or the newsletter you send) redirected to the mobile app if installed or there was a message on the website to download the app if not installed. That’s pretty common functionality for news organizations.
- **1★ · CTInsider App doesn’t work · April 24, 2025** — I can log into CTInsider using web browsers, but not the app. Called for assistance and they have no idea about the app. I’m an engineer who is very knowledgeable about computers and the iPhone, their technical support can only provide basic log in assistance. They will email you links, but that only opens the web browser which works. Obviously the app has issues. Don’t waste your time calling for help.
