- **5★ · Great Option for Reader · November 10, 2022** — So I’m general I love this app. Gives you access to so many stories and easy to operate. My only issue is the cost is too much. The book I am currently reading each chapter is 11-15 pages but it’s phone size pages and in fairly big text. And each chapter is 25-42 coins/bonuses points. So you either have to pay to get those or do rewards. But the rewards are so low it takes forever to get enough. I bought one package at $9.99 for 1000 coins and 150 bonuses. It didn’t even get me through half the book. Maybe like 35% through. I don’t want to pay again because another $10 won’t even get me through the rest of the book and I don’t want to pay over $20 just to finish it. So beware you’ll get hooked on a book then either pay a high price or be checking in daily and doing all the bonus videos (only earns you 3 bonus points).
- **1★ · Loved fated to the alpha · May 28, 2024** — Edit- I changed my once 5 star review to a 1 star. I no longer support this app or it's sister apps. I used coins nearly all I paid for to read books by a particular author who left their main company but gave permission for them to leave her books in the libraries of the people who bought them. They removed them anyway. When contacted about it I explained it was every book of this author and they asked which chapters was I looking for. They clearly don't actually read what you say to them, funny since it's a reading app. I want .y money back or they can give me coins back but put it on their main sister app GoonNovel while I finish a book there before I delete that app. This one is going to be deleted after I post this. I do not recommend you all spend any of your hard earned money on this app, it's not worth it. Terrible customer service, I repeat terrible customer! I've seen some bad CS but this place really put the icing on the cake for it. Fated to the alpha series is what got my attention in an ad on Facebook, so downloaded the app to continue reading. This is a great ap for authors who are just starting out as they can get feedback from their readers and see how their stories effect, inspire, etc. My complaint with this app as I'm sure many others have said is the coins. Coins are not easy to come by and some chapters are not cheap... I spent way more then I should have on the series that got me on here, do I regret it? No, but won't do it again lol. If you have patience to take the time to earn the coins I highly recommend this app to you, and I recommend the series mentioned.
- **2★ · I love reading, so I wanted to love this app · March 24, 2022** — First, the good: it’s easy to use, lots of different genres, easy to find something to read. I like that the first few chapters are free, to see if you want to continue, and I like that you can change the color, font and text size. Now, the negative: I don’t like that the ‘free’ coins tasks- reading for 30 minutes to receive 10 coins- doesn’t tally the time. I have read for 1.5 hours, and it gave me 17 minutes. It wasn’t a one off. It’s happened several times. I feel like the app is built to miscalculate it so the reader doesn’t receive the ‘free’ coins. Also, the chapters aren’t a uniform price. If you auto into the next chapter, the app charges your credit card on file in the App Store without notifying you. Last, the books don’t seem genuine. There are many odd misspellings, grammatical and syntax errors. It’s almost like a program is writing or editing the books. I’ve read samplings of a dozen or so books—they all overuse the word smirk which is strangle annoying. Lol. Ultimately I deleted the app, as I was unable to read due to working 2 jobs, but I went in and attempted to collect my daily coins, they just disappeared out of my bank. I don’t want to do business with a business that is dishonest about the way they do things.
