- **2★ · Used to be Good · August 26, 2026** — I have had this app for years. I had the old version and then switched to this version. I would get the paid version to balance all my accounts in one place. It used to work great, but now none of the accounts will connect through plaid anymore, so I’m paying for nothing. This is not the first time this has happened, although it it’s a first for this version of the app. I had hoped for better, but still seems to be same old problems as previous app.
- **2★ · Love the original Money Pro! · August 23, 2026** — I agree that developers need to get paid for a great software as this one but I am one of those conscious frugal customers that is careful with their money and the original Money Pro app did just that. I don’t mind paying for an upgrade once in a while but I am not really interested in a subscription. I guess when the time comes and the Original app is not supported anymore, it would be time to look elsewhere.
- **2★ · What Trickery is This · August 24, 2026** — The in-app suggestion to upgrade to v3 did not indicate this would now be a subscription model. The original Money Pro made it clear that selecting Plus or Gold was a paid option. Fortunately it does not overwrite v2.x.
