We are able to provide very accurate estimates for our customers using acres application. The mobile version works wonderfully and as an added touch you even get access to the property owners name which is not something you get when using things like google maps. One time I had an issue where the search bar caused the app to crash. I deleted it to clear the cache, redownloaded and was up and running in a few minutes. The satallite images they use give enough detailed information you can see things like patio furniture, pools, garden beds, ect. Would highly recommend.
- **4★ · The Best Land App Out There, for obtaining the information needed on the go for Land Acquisition!!!! · January 6, 2025** — In the process of pursuing opportunities in the Residential/Commercial RE Markets, this app is my go to 100% of the time. Using Acres+ alone is good, but after needing certain parcel info quickly to get ahead of a potential problem. Acres Pro saved me days of researching at my counties office. If I could suggest one addition/option to the app that would be helpful. It would be to have the ability to reach out to a member of the Acres Team to check what source certain info has been obtained from. (Example) - A parcel of land adjoining a parcel I own has conflicting ownership information. On the app the owner is listed as a Home Builder/Developer but when I check the deed Bk/Pg info supplied by Acres at the County it is not connected to that Parcel in any way. Stopped by parcel owners house, he says named builder/developer has no ownership information property. I know inaccuracies occur, would be nice to have the ability to check sources to validate any discrepancies that may arise, of course only for Pro Subscribers. Thanks again for a great product.

The in depth and extensive information provided by Acres saved me great amounts of time effort and money, making it worth it without a doubt. The simple usability of the app makes finding and visualizing data extremely easy, which is not only appealing to me but to clients as well. The few problems I have run into quickly get fixed by the development team which gives me great hope that this app will continue to evolve and provide me a great service. With the upcoming updates coming out soon, I can’t wait to see how this app can get better.
