First make it free and I’ll explain how you get money later. By making it free it could increase the amount of people using this app. Next selling make it like eBay where if you bid you have to buy and money back guarantee if not sold as advertised then every time someone sells something take away 2-3% for selling fee that’s how the owner will make money. Add a buy now and an auction system on the selling feature. With these improvements I think this app could be great. - **2★ · Beware of Fraud · March 30, 2026** — I was interested in purchasing this app for buying and selling coins. My experience in just a few weeks was not so good. There were lots of listings for coins I was interested in and I must’ve contacted over 100 of them with only three or four responses at most. I purchased three coins and two of the three were fraud. They took my money both Venmo and PayPal with no response on one purchase and the other one sent me mail with no CoinIn in it. When I responded to the buyer he said I’ll look into it and never heard from him. I contact customer service and they don’t respond back. Then they finally do and say they’ll look into it but the problem is there’s no customer protection on this platform. There’s no seller ratings and they do nothing about these people that scam people like myself. On eBay you have a seller rating and protection as a buyer on this page they offer none at your own risk. I’m still trying to get to the bottom with them what they can do to solve this and I hear no response from them. I send multiple emails with details and pictures and I get no answers? The ad advertisement makes it look very easy to sell and buy which is not true. UPDATE: After I wrote this I was contacted back by customer service. They were very nice and understanding. They have looked into my fraud and helped me with my requests. Hopefully things will be fixed in the future with marketplace but feel much better with customer service. Thank you. - **1★ · SCAM!!!! · May 2, 2026** — Beware downloading these apps because they’ll still charge you the $9.99 for it even when you cancel it!!! They offered a 7 day trial, that’s the only way I was able to use the app. I opted in for the 7 day trial, tested the app, and cancelled it the same day. I was still able to use it until may 1st but I didn’t use it anymore. I started getting a $9.99 charge out of nowhere and looked it up and saw they were trying to charge me for the app that I cancelled. I called apple and they’re trying to scam me saying that I downloaded the app on April 4th when I downloaded it April 24th and have the email to prove it. I even have the screenshot of me cancelling the subscription with the date on it. I told apple it was a 7 day trial and if I owed any money I would’ve been charged before may 1st. They wouldn’t listen, kept lying saying I downloaded it on April 4th when I didn’t even have a phone April 4th because I got it replaced and 2 weeks before that it was sitting on my counter broken until I got the money to replace my phone. They continued to say my Apple ID was used for a different date and it wasn’t. They’re trying to make me pay for the app and put in for a refund that I won’t get back because they’ll come up with another excuse on that.
