All the apps from Grizzly are and have for two years functioned effortlessly -it is the user’s network configuration’s which most often interfere with application functionality. The Genius Fax App is now (crops fingers) effective and efficient timely sending and receiving important legal documents.I am impressed, considering being 58 and in and out of operating effective manipulation on internet faces and devices your apps are, from my experience, easiest for us of minimal skills. - **3★ · Number: fax · July 2, 2023** — I really like this app. It’s saved me in a pinch many of times. With that said, usually an app like this is for emergency times when we’re not at home or office. The only thing I DO NOT LIKE is, you purchase a number separately from the amount of faxes you can send. That can bring trouble when you have faxes available and your number expired Friday when your fax was sent out and then Monday morning you don’t get a fax in return because you don’t have the same fax number!! This should be a fax number + amount of faxes bundled!! Not separate!! I Hope the developer come up with something better. I’d give 5 stars but the separation of the two is a major problem.
- **1★ · This far I haven’t received any faxes and I know 2 were sent · July 13, 2025** — The fax aspect for receiving- I can’t attest to that. I was told that 2 faces (in different subscriptions) were sent and I never received any. The sending faxes has been a lifesaver for me, however the cost per page is incredibly high. I wish there was better integration where you could draft a fax and come back to it and edit prior to sending. I wish I could save the number and come back to the program and finish a drafted fax and attach additional pages to it. That aspect is lacking. In addition you aren’t notified if the fax doesn’t go through so if you don’t use it often and assume something was submitted, you coukf check back a month later in a panic to discover your document was never sent. Update to lower star rating/ no customer suppprt and my fax that I sent over a month ago never actually sent and now I can’t find the file and can’t ask support to provide a record if those pages

To send a fax: choose a file from your favorite cloud service (Dropbox, Google Drive, Box) or from any other iOS app (Genius Scan, Safari, Mail…)
To receive a fax: subscribe for a number and you’re all set. You receive documents as PDF and can preview them or open them with any other app.

Sending:
- Tap the New fax button to open the fax' details screen
- Enter your recipient's fax number
- Scan your document with the Genius Fax built-in scanner or pick a document from the Files or the Photos app.
- Alternatively, open a PDF or image file in any of your favorite apps and use their “Open with” feature to open the file with Genius Fax.
- Optionally, add a title, sender, description, recipient details and enable the cover page.
- Tap the Send button!
- Each page costs a fax credit, the cover page is free.

Receiving:
- Subscribe to a number for 1, 3 or 6 months.
- Give away your number to whoever needs to fax to you.
- Add credits to receive faxes. One page costs one credit.
- Faxes appear in your fax list as soon as they are received and paid for.
