It doesn’t refresh anymore in your downloads section but it does it in your library section which is really annoying. This app has had its bumps along the road but things have been running as smoothly as can be expected on this ever-changing iOS platform. I do like it and I like the layout of the downloaded tracks category with album covers beside songs. Unfortunately, the search function is still horrible. If you so much as miss a letter it won’t recognize what you’re looking for. Even then, it’s still hard to find certain songs even though they actually have the song in their catalog if you look hard enough. And I’ve noticed lately that they don’t have as much music as some other services. It’s usually not high profile music, just some random songs. For instance, I wanted this Psy song (not Gangdem Style, hate that song) and they didn’t have it though they have some of his other songs. Little things like that make me wanna switch sometimes but I’m gonna see how it goes for now. Hope things improve. - **1★ · New update/look lost all functionality · June 19, 2022** — The new update and new look functionality is HORRIBLE. Y’all fixed what wasn’t broken and now broke it. When I open the app it takes a long time for the screen to load now and I end up just closing it and starting over. The songs automatically stop all the time now, and I have to unlock my phone to get it to start playing again. While I’m driving that is very dangerous and it is a hazard to constantly have to open and unlock my phone to press play in the app to get the next song to go. When I open the app now the last song I was playing no longer shows in the bottom toolbar I have to go back to the whole album or song and find it and press play again. So if I was playing an album when I come back to the app the album is no longer there. Also my playlist is almost 3000 songs long, and I used to be able to scroll right down to the bottom on the right hand side of my playlist. I would click on 1500 on the right hand side and it would take me to the 1500 song, or click on 3000 and it would take me to the bottom of the playlist. Now I have to scroll with my finger for a minute straight from the bottom to the top of the screen to swipe now all the way to the bottom of the playlist, I no longer have a way to just automatically take me there. That is very time consuming and again took away from the functionality of the app, it is not safe to even open this app while you are driving because you have to do so much hands-on now. I had an hour drive home today and I got so frustrated with the app I closed it and listen to Pandora. I hate to say this but if the app does not get fixed I will cancel my membership. - **3★ · Getting there · January 8, 2023** — Once again I am a longtime subscriber I just had to delete the whole app and start over on downloading my music. Because it stayed stuck on the stupid music video screen blacked out and wouldn’t let me get to anything playlist nothing. It will freeze there and we are stuck please fix. Since the new update tho it doesn’t freeze but now it constantly skips over music. I can have my playlist going and it just randomly skips songs and I have to go back in and click on songs it skips and it’s not on shuffle. So constantly throwing off music vibes when i am trying to listen and relax so now I don’t use my playlist it even does it in the favorites just randomly skips over songs sometimes one and sometimes it will skip over six songs. For instance all my Whitney songs as you know are in order a to Z. I’ll start at the top it will play that one skip to the middle and when I try to go back to start a song over it will be a whole different song and eventually it will skip back to the end of beginning and stop playing.
