It is interesting to see which customers are really good customers and others that you thought were good, but not so much! We keep notes on each visit so that the next time we can see know what works for the customer and what doesn’t. Avoid making the same mistake twice. I wish it were more integrated with the calendar app, but with the way it is designed and functional. They helped me get it setup and I have already seen the benefits. I can see cut and color was used the last and am always prepared for my clients. I am also able to enter notes and comments. I know that some of the other apps require monthly fees. Don’t see why you would need to pay more than this? Check it out for yourself. There were some setup questions that we had and the support staff was responsive and helpful. Although there is extensive help doc and how-to movies, we still weren't getting it.
