- **5★ · Science backed Pain Relief & Management · May 11, 2026** — I’ve been using this Pain Coach app for three years. In the morning, I record a checkin focused on what action I have completed. What a solid start to my day. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 30 plus years ago. Doctors proscribed a half dozen of pain- management drugs. Nearly all failed to help me, and most gave side effects to difficult for me to continue taking. One doctor noticed I had trained as a dancer. Her advice was to keep moving and stretching. Now the Pain Coach helps to relieve my pain and allowing me to keep up exercising three times a week. I’m graying for the clinical trials and dedication to US veterans for making this pain control app available at no charge.
