I expected the app to send me a notification when there was an advisory or warning, but apparently you have to go into the app and check proactively. What will set this app apart from other would be to have a lightning counter on each distance demarcation. Add in the trend rate (increasing / decreasing) would be amazing to see as this will allow a person to determine threat levels at each distance level indicated on the Y axis.
