Every time I actually want to ride, there are zero bikes at the popular stations — while other stations in places nobody rides are completely overflowing. Just today, I docked my bike, walked away for not even two minutes, came back, and of course… it was gone. No bikes left for me. There is absolutely no system in place to balance bike distribution — something that should be incredibly simple to manage. And there’s no button or option in the app to report “no bikes available” so they can send someone to fix it. My rating for this app is literally zero stars. The only reason it says 1 star is because that’s the lowest the app store lets me give. - **2★ · Broken stands · May 15, 2024** — The app is fine but half the time it shows an open spot, that spot is broken and can’t return a bike. Missed several classes because of this, thinking there was a spot available nearby but ended up having to bike another 10 minutes and walk 20 back. By then class was mostly over. Need to get the infrastructure and network working.
