The only way parents found out about this subscription was through an email from apple notifying that subscription price was raising from 7.99 to 9.99 PER WEEK. Subscription didn’t get shared with family, and wasn’t visible from either parents’ apple subscription lists. I had to file requests from Apple by logging in to my child’s email address, and then all claims for refunds were DENIED. This is honestly incredibly upsetting and disheartening that businesses do this and Apple is party to it. - **1★ · Incorrect charge · February 12, 2026** — I just noticed I’ve been getting charged for this app every week just about and I never signed up for anything. Apple didn’t send the normal “confirmation of subscription” email. It was not on my subscriptions list under my account either. Now I’m getting a message from Apple stating it’s not eligible for a refund??
