- **4★ · It’s a decent app · October 19, 2021** — It’s missing some features I would like to see like search along routes and split screen for iPad but for the most part it does pretty good job. I did have some trouble getting my subscriptions activated but they are resolved now. As some reviews suggest it does on a rare occasion plot a questionable route but this is true with all navigation apps and hardware. This is why you should always review the route before you blindly follow it. If you don’t like the path it made you can edit the route by adding via points or telling the app to avoid specific roads. It will even remember the roads you tell it to avoid and not use them again unless you delete your avoidances.
- **1★ · Sorely disappointed · August 20, 2021** — I downloaded the app and I can say with certainty that I do not recommend this app to rookie drivers in the United States. I have been driving the truck now for 30 years and have use other GPS and this program constantly wanted to route me on two lane Rd.. most were truck shouldn’t even be instead of rounding via interstate. It is my opinion as a professional driver that this app needs to be polled and have some serious work done to it with all the deficiencies fixed before they let anyone downloaded and charge money for it. It’s not worth the money not in the current state Ann I am highly disappointed at that time that the program or took to right this program and not do it correctly. Needless to say I will be deleting this program off my Apple iPad and I will be sending them an email not to charge my account for premium features as I will not be using it. The following are warnings issued when I try to install it direct call phone numbers read phone status and identity take pictures and videos approximate location network-based precise location GPS and network-based read your contacts modify or delete the contents of your SD card connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi full network access view network connections view Wi-Fi connections access Bluetooth settings pair with Bluetooth devices Run at start up control vibration prevent tablet from sleeping change your audio settings access extra location provider commands install short cast send sticky broadcasts does this all the warning labels I got on the privacy settings
- **3★ · Support??? · October 7, 2025** — I cannot find a way to contact support but I’m having an issue. After the latest update, the app kept crashing. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the app to get it to work. After reinstalling, i no longer have my “lifetime” membership for truck navigation that I purchased, even though I’m using the same device and Apple ID that I was previously. I have tried using the “restore purchase” button and only get error messages. When I try to sign in, it says that my account doesn’t exist. I have the receipt from when I purchased the membership, but clicking on the support button just takes me to an FAQ page and i don’t see any way to actually contact them.I rely on your navigation app to do my job. The navigation on this app is really good, and I’ve never had any issues with it until now. But if I am unable to restore my “lifetime” membership, I will not be purchasing it again, and I will want a refund for the original purchase. I should not have to pay another $65 because your app kept crashing and I had to reinstall it.
