ABCya used to be so much fun. Sure, it was disappointing that I couldn't play all the games on the app, but I usually played on the website, which was really fun until the limited to 6 games a week on the website! I used to love playing this one game, where you could write a story, but now I can't. In elementary school, my technology teacher would have us practice typing skills on ABCya, but I'm sure she can't anymore. You would be better off playing the ABCya games on IXL.

This app used to be fun and great for learning, but now it is ruined by corporate greed. They locked almost every single game behind a massive paywall. If you do not pay for the expensive premium subscription, you can barely play anything at all.Even worse, the free version is completely unplayable because of the constant, aggressive advertisements. It forces you to watch unskippable video ads over and over just to play a basic game for two minutes.

My daughter liked the games somewhat, but didn't use the app enough to justify the $10/month charge. I went to cancel through the website, but it just kept redirecting me to iTunes (app was originally purchased on my daughter's iPhone, which later on stopped working). Emailed customer service, three days later they told me there was nothing they could do about it. I finally had to borrow a computer and download iTunes just to cancel the subscription. Terrible customer service.
