User friendly. Easy to install and operate. Great functionality. Would be great if installed camera is more accidental delete safe. if you hold and press a camera on the home screen long enough it gives option to delete, so try not to delete your camera accidentally. You will need to reinstall the deleted camera to view. If this is adjusted so you can only delete a camera from setting, that would be great.

I am looking to get another security cam...the one i have is not stable and difficult to deal with despite strong wifi connection. The app is glitchy and it takes too long for the camera pic to load. Also, there doesn't seem a way to manually turn off the spot light when it isn't needed. The video lags often as well. I am now too weary of using anran, esp when needing immediate and stable security.

Great application with lots of options but has an issue connecting to the cameras at times. The encrypted connection can take a long time to connect whether your on the same network or remote. Sometimes it doesn't connect at all. If this could be fixed I would gladly change my rating to 5 stars. However, this is a common issue and an annoyance. Otherwise, it's a great app. Please fix the connection issue. The app should connect to the cameras very quickly and that doesn't occur.
